About the author

My name is Bertrand Friolet, I’m a professional engineer living in the smallest province in Canada, Prince Edward Island. I’ve had the chance to work on some of the most interesting projects in my country but I was also able to travel and work overseas for the last 15 years or so.

As I’ve been very successful in my field but I’ve been stuck at home because of Covid. So I’m taking this time to write these tutorial and hopefully help all the young engineers and planners out there, become better and stronger in their field. All the best to you all.
